What can we expect moving forward?
Retrogression coming soon for EB-2 Worldwide and EB-3 Final Action Dates
For the employment-based categories, the State Department’s June Visa Bulletin includes a warning that high demand in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories will most likely require a retrogression in the worldwide EB-2 and EB-3 Final Action dates by next month’s July Visa Bulletin.
The rest of the employment-based categories will likely experience little to no movement for the remainder of fiscal year 2024, which ends on September 30, 2024.
We expect the family-sponsored categories to continue to experience slight forward movement for the remainder of the fiscal year.
